We follow a similar process and philosophy as with our boerewors production: quality ingredients (90% premium grade meat) mixed with authentic spices imported from South Africa. Nothing more - no bulking up.
Ingredients:
100% beef, vinegar (from barley), garlic spices, drywors seasoning salt spices, sucrose, yeast extract, sugar. For allergens including cereal containing gluten see ingredients in bold.

Garlic Droewors a bit dry
Only 4 stars this time because the droewors was a bit too dry. In the past I have received the droewors vacuum packed which helped it retain some moisture which I prefer, but this time or was not vacuum packed.
