Infact. Very good. As a chef I understand the cooking process for this type of product - short high heat to seal before continuing on at lower temperatures. Basting and turning are an easy and simple extension to cooking instruction for roasting and frying meats on or off the bone. Always start with a good product and finish with good practice.
