The Blue Lady is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard. The fruit is completely destemmed and matured in French oak barrels, upon which the best ten barrels are selected from the Blue Lady. It has a very pure and well-defined bouquet with raspberry and wild strawberry scents, touches of wilted rose petals developing with time, the oak neatly embroidered into the fruit. The palate is very well balanced with supple tannins, clean fresh black cherry and red plum fruit with a touch of salted licorice appearing towards the finish
