Pinot Noir Is known as one of the most difficult wines to produce successfully.
The grape’s thin skin and tight bunch make it hard to handle in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grape’s thin skin gives wine a light pomegranate red colour with elegant flavours for cherry, strawberry and rooibos. The wine is light in body with fine tannins and fresh acidity.
The bouquet carries through to the palate with fresh red berries, sour cherry and underlying flavours of dried leaves and a savoury earthiness.
