Significant drop in the quality of Droëwors recently

The quality of the Droëwors sold by The Savanna has dropped a lot recently to the point that I can't eat them anymore. They contain so much tough gristle that it feels like you're chewing a sausage that's been dropped in gravel. I'm not sure what has caused the change- I ordered them a few weeks before my most recent batch and they were excellent, but now I can't finish the ones I've got because I'm constantly having to stop to fish out bone fragments and cartilage.
