We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms
Ingredients
Premium beef 90%, black pepper, salt, coriander, sucrose, yeast extract
Preservatives: E202 (potassium sorbate - inhibits the growth of mould), E221 (sodium sulphite – prevents spoilage and discolouration), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness)
