Spices [coriander, black pepper], salt, sucrose, preservative [Sodium SULPHITE (E221), Worcester sauce, Spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (FISH), tamarind extract, onions, garlic spice, flavourings.

I ordered venison biltong, beef biltong was delivered I e mailed and was told someone would reply to my query within a certain time frame and that came and went and nothing happens, so I am not particularly impressed
