Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt).
Slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.

I bought some drwƶres from London Paddington Station Stand, they tasted very good and full of flavour. So I ordered a bigger 500g for delivery, the ones I received did not taste as good as the ones from the Paddington stand. Quite disappointing.

Great taste but I found it extremely chewy with lots of sinew, not what I expected. Other brands were far more tender.
