200g beef per 100g. Malt Vinegar (barley and gluten), Black Pepper, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce (includes Anchovies), Coriander, Preservative E202, Potassium Sorbate, Anchovies (FISH).

Good quality!
Good quality biltong and arrived very quickly. Would order again, but I do prefer going into the physical shops as it’s convenient and the staff are great.
